What was the brief?

Developed issues and crisis processes and training programmes for all Starwood’s brands across EMEA.

How did we do it?

In 2011 we were asked to help Starwood refresh their crisis communications protocols and processes and train their General Managers across EMEA in crisis and issues management.

We have worked with them ever since, running workshops, training seminars and developing real-time crisis scenarios for teams of 5 to 500 all around the world.

Starwood have also called us in to offer hands-on support during live crises and issues.

What were the results?

Starwood have dealt with a number of issues and crisis since we started working with them.

Their hotels, GMs, and processes have been singled out for praise by guests and industry specialists.
